Join Southeast Paddlers from Beaumont for a leisurely paddle on Village Creek, Saturday, March 5. Meet at the Lumberton water park parking lot, above the Village Creek boat ramp at Hwy 96, just north of Lumberton, at 10:00 am. The water level is fairly low and we hope to drive around to a private sandbar launch in the Village Creek Club.
We will plan on paddling a few miles to a large sandbar: you can return to the launch location at your leisure. Please email us at kayak@discoveringtheoutdoors.com by the morning of March 4 if you plan to paddle with this group.
