About this event
Kayak roll instruction and practice on a river pool with Central Texas' relatively clear and clean natural waters.
Lynne is ACA kayak rolling instructor who has taught 100's to roll since 1983. I work 1:1 with folks for about 20 minutes at a time. I recommend folks then take a break out of their boats or paddling around before returning. I'm limited to about 4 students unless I can find another instructor or qualified assistant to volunteer -or- we extend hours and schedule folks to time slots.
I generally teach the sweep roll or CtoC roll (not back deck roll). Please view at minimum the part I (of II) Kent Ford's free ~30min The Kayak Roll to help ensure success.
