Spruce up your kayak. Bungie cord, deck line, limited foam materials are available. Drive to Jesse Jones Park, take a left at the "T" and drive a short distance to the pavilion. Lots of tools available. Build-your-own sandwich bar and munchies provided. Drop by just to visit if you like. Bring charged-up cordless tools. Electricity not provided.
