It's well-used but complete and it works. I was using it mounted on Thule load bars on my 2015 Honda CRV, but we have replaced that car with a 2018 Subaru Outback with the integrated roof bars and I am using another arrangement. We will also be selling the CRV but not on the HASK Forum.
