Summary
This weekend is being offered by the Rock Art Foundation, White Shaman Preserve of the Witte Museum. Texas' rock art sites are a refuge for examples of a broad range of prehistoric pictograph styles. They represent one of the most significant archaeological sites in North America, located on the Pecos River near the Seminole Canyon State Historic Park.
Touring the rock art is one of those amazing lifetime experiences! The Rendezvous offers a variety of tours that will align with your interests and capabilities. In addition, there is dry camping on the Preserve, entertainment Saturday night, BBQ dinner on Saturday, and access to Seminole Canyon State Park showers during your Fri - Sun stay..
To determine if you want to join us, please review the overview and guided tours being offered during the weekend at:

If you are interested in attending,

Then,
register here for this event to be part of the HASK contingent attending. We can work to coordinate travel and/or meals, if you wish!
NOTE:
At this time we have NOT planned a paddling event, BUT if there is enough interest, we will work to find a trip leader who would lead a Friday 2/22 paddling day trip from the Pecos River put-in, along the Rio Grande, to the Panther Cave Pictograph Site. Several HASK members & trip leaders have done this all day trip and it is truly memorable!
If you are interested in a possible Friday 2/22 paddling day trip (missing out on a day of official tours) or you have any questions at all, please text or email Karen Newcomb.
