Note that this meeting is on the second Thursday of the month rather than the usual third Thursday. Through a contact with Paul Comstock, we will be honored with a visit this week by six members of the Rocky Mountain Sea Kayak Club. They have rented a house in the south Houston area and we plan to do joint day paddles on March 12 - 16. Those will be publicized to our members for participation, so schedule your vacation days and watch for details. Our program tonight will be a presentation by our guests about the characteristics and activities of the Rocky Mountain Sea Kayak Club, which is neither a typographical error nor an oxymoron, but in fact a very dynamic going concern.
